A way to save money at the grocery store

Learn to cook.  Seems pretty obvious, but if you think about it, it makes sense.  If you can’t cook, you end up buying higher-priced, processed items.  If you can cook, you can buy what is on sale (which is usually the freshest, healthiest, and tastiest items anyways).  The more things you can cook, the easier this advice becomes.  For those that might want a little guidance, may I suggest How to Cook Everything by Mark Bittman.  The Joy of Cooking isn’t bad either for learning more, but I think Bittman’s book is better.
